The Open-Ended Response Report consists of verbatim answers to three open-ended response items. In an open-ended response item, the employee answers the questions in his or her own words. In HALO each participating employee was asked to express their opinions regarding:

• The three most important problems facing the organization.
• The three most important problems facing them as an employee.
• The three main strengths of the organization.
  

The generated report provides management with a compilation of employees' confidential, verbatim answers. There is no editing or content analysis provided in this Report.
