CREATE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE WITH EMAC'S LAMPE

LEADERSHIP MODEL AND OUR HALO TECHNOLOGIES.

HALO BACKGROUND

The Holonomic Assessment of the Leadership of an Organization (HALO) assesses a leadership system's performance and identifies the leadership practices that offer the greatest potential for improving productivity, adaptability, and motivation. It also provides a systematic assessment of the organization, including a study of its barriers to organizational level intelligence.

HALO is a proprietary tool that translates employee feedback to identify the company's greatest opportunities for improvement. It combines employee responses to standard employee satisfaction questions and employee responses to the organization's performance on 53 specific managerial processes. HALO incorporates our LAMPE model of organizational leadership and our holonomic process model.

Prior versions of HALO were administered with paper surveys. The survey answers had to entered into our computers which kicked out statistical data and charts. Our consultants reviewed the results then typed up the recommendation report. Analysis was time consuming to perform and recommendations were painstaking to type.

Mackenzie And Company founded EMAC Assessments in 2000 in order to automate the HALO and report writing process. EMAC decided to move the survey to the web in order to let employees answer the survey questions on their own schedule and to remove a time consuming and non-value adding step from the HALO process. Automating the analytical and report writing steps allowed EMAC Assessments to minimize the turnaround lag time between employee feedback and recommendation report generation and distribution. Later, EMAC Assessments, LLC absorbed Mackenzie And Company, INC.

HALO translates Dr. Ken Mackenzie's theory of the organizational hologram (63, 81, 102) and its LAMPE model of organizational leadership into a tool that uses employee feedback to measure leadership's performance along the Holonomic Processes (HPs) and Desired Organizational Characteristics (DOCs), and more importantly, identify which leadership practices offer the greatest leverage for performance improvement. Dr. Mackenzie began developing the Holonomic Theory in the mid-80s and has been fine tuning it ever since through consulting engagements. Over 60 clients have improved their organizations implementing HALO recommendations.

HALO evaluates thousands of possible relationships between the managerial processes until it identifies those that closely correlate to the employees' feedback. Typically, the final correlation values exceed 80%. That correlation performance is unheard of in the industry where 10% correlation is considered to be outstanding. HALO's methodology has advanced far beyond any other leadership or organizational assessment tool in the market. See our Testamonials.
