A little wordy, right?

Well, we wanted to call the tool HAL, short for the Holonomic Assessment of Leadership. Unfortunately, during our market research we discovered that considerably more people remembered the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey than we thought would and each vividly remembered HAL being the evil computer that killed most of the spaceship's crew.

HALO sounded much friendlier and created the image we hoped for...that of being good and pure.
