HOW MUCH DOES A HALO ASSESSMENT COST?

On average, about $125.00 per employee.

EMAC charges a nominal fee per employee participating in the HALO process. The fee equates to less than 1/3 of 1% of a typical employee's annual compensation. We certainly feel this is the best investment your organization can make in its people. If the results of theHALO process raise overall productivity by 1%, the improvement represents a 300% return on your investment!

For this small fee, your company receives several different reports, including the 120-page Organizational White Paper presenting your organization's performance along all aspects of the holonomic model. Nowhere else will you find as economical a service for producing accurate, specific and actionable recommendations for improving your organization. Actually, you cannot find it at any price, much less, as affordably as EMAC's.

For an additional 10% you can receive an additional Organizational White Paper for any participating unit. This paper presents the results broken down by any characteristic coded during the original survey set-up. For example, the head of the sales department may wish to see where his or her greatest opportunity-for-improvement lies within the sales department. Or the human resources manager may wish to see how the feedback from men differs from the feedback from women.

Another cost saving aspect of EMAC's HALO is that our report is available immediately after your last employee completes the survey. WE DO NOT CHARGE an expediting fee to move your report to the front of our work schedule. Many of our competitors will expect you to wait four weeks or more to receive your report...and will offer to deliver it sooner for a premium price.
