"Drill-Down" analyses are a very special feature of the HALO system. Because of the analytical pyramid, the use of knobby scales, and a well-designed database for information, one can work many wonders of analyses. The phrase "drill-down" means opening up each file to examine its subfiles and then recombining files to produce original and unique analyses using Advanced HALO Methods and the Improved theory behind HALO. Drilling-down allows one to focus on increasing detailed analyses on specific issues of interest.
Training
EMAC Assessments can arrange for specialized training on the theory and methods behind HALO. It can arrange for training on the meaning and use of the many Key Implementing Processes and Holonomic Processes. EMAC Assessments would use Mackenzie And Company, INC. for such training. However, topics outside of these which may be indicated by the context and recommendations of the Reports, may require other resources. In any case, we should do our best to get you the best. It is our policy to neither receive nor offer referral fees. If we offer a recommendation, you can be confident that it is not paid for and represents our best suggestion.

Specialized Surveys
From time to time, clients want to include special items in the Customized Organizational Inquiry. We can add these. For example, the client might be interested in Emotional Intelligence, Trust, Gallup's Q12, Conflict Management Styles, and many more. If it is a copyrighted instrument we shall try to obtain permission to include it. Any extra costs will be passed along to the client.
Some special surveys are covered in the description of the Supplementary Analyses Reports. Of special interest are readministrations of HALO in order to perform program evaluation and benchmarking studies.
Hands-On Consulting
EMAC's HALO is "hands-off" consulting. It is accomplished via the web and completely objective (at our end).
From time to time, a client may request real "hands-on" consulting to help implement a recommendation or to handle some special problem. We would work to help you find just the consulting resource and talent you need. We are also very experienced and credible in providing organizational design services. Our models, methods, and technologies for doing organizational design are well developed (57, 60, 81, 102). In addition we developed the first organizational level learning model (66, 67, 68, 69). Our research into the fundamental nature of processes has led the research on these topics for years (26, 27, 28, 30, 31, 32, 44, 48, 51, 53, 57, 61, 63, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 78, 80, 83, 84, 85, 86, 88, 91, 94, 97, 100, 101, 102, 104, 105).
