IS HALO AN EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION SURVEY?
Not really, but it does use one as part of the analysis process.
HALO combines a customized employee opinion survey with a 147 item organizational diagnostic survey. The customized employee opinion survey can include any questions you desire to ask, worded as you wish. The only limitation is that the number or customized employee opinion survey questions may not exceed 40. Our clients frequently use "satisfaction" questions for the customized opinion survey. It's all in the wording.
The advanced methodologies embodied in our HALO technologies are used to discover the cause of the employee opinions is the secret to the HALO process. The actual customized questions do not affect the analytical process. In a nutshell, the movement of the customized employee opinion scores are correlated against the second survey for evaluation of cause and effect.
For that matter, our end
result correlations often exceed 80%! Quite amazing considering our competitors,
and the human resource industry as a whole, considers 10% correlation to be
