EMAC Assessments, LLC traces its history back to 1976 when its predecessor company first began offering organization design services. So, we have been actively involved in this work for 30 years. We have learned a few things and unlearned a lot of things. Our consulting services have always been research based.
EMAC Assessments has two major lines of consulting:
(1) The first is our HALO services for assessing organizations and their organizational leadership practices. The purpose of our HALO services is to find and formulate organizational problems that need solving.
(2) Our follow-up services are our organizational design consulting. Organizational design consulting develops remedies and solutions to the identified organizational problems facing a client.
We bring to bear the Organizational Audit and Analysis technology, our LAMPE models of organizational leadership, and our on-line HALO assessment services. We also bring three decades of actual organizational design consulting and world class technologies. The combination of experience, expertise, and tools is applied to create competitive advantages for our clients.
