EMAC ASSESSMENTS, LLC

CREATE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE WITH EMAC'S LAMPE
LEADERSHIP MODEL AND OUR HALO TECHNOLOGIES.
Kenneth D. Mackenzie, Ph.D.
Ken Mackenzie is the President of EMAC Assessments, LLC and has been the head of an organizational design consulting firm since 1976. He is also the Emeritus Edmund P. Learned Distinguished Professor at the School of Business at the University of Kansas. This dual career of being a professor and management consultant has enriched both. His research is informed by direct experiences and his consulting is made better by the academic research. He retired from KU at the end of 2005 in order to devote more time to research and consulting.
EMAC performs online assessments of organizations and their leadership practices. It follows up these assessments by redesigning the organization to become more adaptable and productive. He always finds opportunities for his clients to create new competitive advantages.
Ken Mackenzie has a B.A. (mathematics) and a Ph.D. (business administration) from the University of California at Berkeley. He has taught at Carnegie-Mellon, University of Pennsylvania (Wharton), University of Waterloo, and KU.
He has published (written and edited) 19 obscure books and over 100 equally obscure articles. Despite this, he is listed in Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in Finance and Industry, a biographee in the online encyclopedia Wikipedia, and is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
When he is not studying real organizations, he reads about
old Roman ones.
